In Sand in Taufers, the principal town of the Tauferer Ahrntal in South Tyrol, Lindner fitted 1,200 m² Lindner NORIT floating screed and 600 m² NORIT floor heating to a service center. For all floor systems a lath floor was fixed and filled up with a close-grained marmoreal split for the acoustic insulation. The surface consists of 8mm thick wood fiber slabs, the Lindner NORIT floor heating system and the floating screed.
