Code of Ethics

Our Code of Ethics sets out and publishes the key ethical principles and associated rules of conduct that all companies within the Lindner Group commit to when conducting their business activities and interacting with stakeholders.

This Code summarises the concepts and behavioural standards that the company and all relevant parties must adhere to and provides a fundamental prerequisite for preventing unlawful conduct.

The provisions of this Code of Ethics apply without exception to all employees and authorised representatives of the Lindner Group companies in all positions and areas of responsibility.

They also apply equally and without exception to any other individuals or companies acting on behalf of or for Lindner in any capacity.
