The Federal Association of German Prefabricated Construction (BDF) has existed since 1961. It is an alliance of 49 manufacturers of prefabricated timber houses. In addition, around 110 partners from the industry sector are affiliated with the BDF as supporting members.
The Federal Association for Surface Heating and Surface Cooling (BVF) is the neutral, knowledgeable, and established partner for companies in the field of surface heating and cooling. Founded in 1971, the BVF has been committed for over 50 years to establishing standards in technology and quality. The association represents more than 60 companies from system and component construction and cooperates with associations and businesses from related sectors.
The Federal Association for Drywall and Interior Construction (BIG) was founded in 1998 under the motto “by companies, for companies.” The BIG members are committed to strengthening high-quality drywall construction in Germany. As an alliance of specialist contractors, specialized retailers, and the building materials industry, the BIG provides a platform for building valuable contacts and networks.
The GIH represents the interests of independent energy consultants throughout Germany.
The Federal Association GIH e.V. is organized regionally. As an umbrella organization of 13 member associations in the federal states, it represents around 5,000 qualified energy consultants, including master craftsmen and technicians, engineers, architects, and natural scientists.
