The new cafeteria building at Hemmingen-Westerfeld Primary School is a flagship project for sustainable construction and ecological timber building. Realized according to the Cradle-to-Cradle principle, the building focuses on resource conservation, energy efficiency, and a healthy indoor climate – supported by innovative NORIT floor systems from Lindner.
The NORIT-TE 30 Therm GF underfloor heating system ensures pleasant warmth, manufactured from biologically tested gypsum fiber boards. Its precise click system enables fast and clean installation without the need for screws. The near-surface pipe layout ensures even and rapid heat distribution.
Additionally, the NORIT-TE 25 dry screed creates a stable, load-distributing surface – easy to install, screw-free, and made from sustainable materials.
The NORIT bonded fill provides the ideal base: lightweight, pressure-resistant, thermally insulating, and perfect for leveling height differences.
With this perfectly coordinated NORIT system setup, Lindner underscores its expertise in sustainable interior construction and delivers a forward-looking solution for energy-efficient educational buildings.
