Renovation and Expansion of the Administrative Building in Dettelbach

The City of Dettelbach is currently renovating its administrative building, a structure built in 1899 that was originally designed as a prison and is now used for administrative purposes. Over the past decades, the building has been used in various ways – including as residential units, a municipal depot and office space for the town hall. As part of the ongoing renovation and expansion works, modern and future-proof office spaces for the municipal administration are now being created.

A key decision in the construction project was the switch from the existing conventional heating system to an energy-efficient underfloor heating system. For the town, the low installation height was particularly important, which is why the NORIT Underfloor Heating System NORIT-TE 20 Therm GF by Lindner GFT was selected.
